How often do filters require changing?
Answer: Roughly every 6 to 7 years if regularly serviced. This is a rough estimate as all systems and there conditions are different.
What is the cost to have new filters installed?
Answer: This varies depending on sizes and models.
Does the technician clean the ducts?
Answer: No, that is s a separate service, which we can provide.
Does someone need to be home?
Answer: Yes, the technician will need access to the house to ensure the unit is working before and after the service.
Will the technician still come if it is raining?
Answer: No they will not as it is an Occupational Health and safety issue, We will call you to reschedule for another day.
What happens if there is something wrong with my unit?
Answer: The technician will report back to us, to advise the problem. One of our customer service team will be in contact with you to provide you a quote to repair the unit.
Will we have to pay another call out fee for the technician to return if parts and repairs are required?
Answer: No you don't, on the second call out the price you are quoted includes parts and installation.
How often does it need to be serviced?
Answer: We recommend every 12 months.
